Terms of Use

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• Minimum age. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
• Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Prohibited users. You may not use the Services if we have previously suspended or banned you, or where prohibited by applicable law.

2) License & Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or models.
• Use the Services to violate law; infringe rights; harass, defame, or harm others; or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our prior written permission, except as allowed by an expressly provided API.
• Misrepresent outputs as professional, legal, financial, or credit bureau advice or determinations.

3) Services; AI Outputs; No Professional Advice

• AI-assisted features. The Services may analyze documents, draft dispute letters, forecast potential score changes, or provide recommendations based on your inputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on them.
• No legal, financial, tax, or credit counseling advice. CreditRepairGPT LLC is not a law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, or credit counselor. The Services and outputs are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship.
• No affiliation with credit bureaus. We are not affiliated with Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion, and we do not represent or warrant any specific actions by third parties or any particular improvement to your credit score.
• No guarantee of results. Credit outcomes depend on third-party policies and your circumstances; we do not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, or timelines.

4) Credit Repair Disclosures (CROA/FCRA)

To the extent the Services are used to prepare or facilitate consumer credit dispute communications, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file with credit reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• You can obtain a free copy of your credit report from each bureau annually at AnnualCreditReport.com.
• You may choose to attempt to fix your credit yourself at little or no cost; you are not required to use our Services.
• The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) may apply. We will not charge or receive payment for credit repair services until such services are fully performed to the extent required by CROA and applicable state laws.
• We do not advise you to make untrue or misleading statements to credit reporting agencies or furnishers, nor to change your identity to alter credit history.

5) Plans, Billing & Refunds

• Subscriptions. Some features require paid plans billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for fees, taxes, and any applicable currency conversions.
• Trials and promotions. Trial periods may convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Changes. We may change prices or features with reasonable notice, effective on your next billing cycle.
• Refunds. Except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer, fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@creditrepairgpt.com.

6) User Content & Feedback

• Your content. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display such content as necessary to provide and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.
• Sensitive information. Do not upload government IDs, bank account numbers, or other sensitive data unless necessary for the feature you choose to use. You represent you have lawful rights to the content you submit.
• Feedback. If you provide ideas, suggestions, or improvements, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

7) Intellectual Property

The Services (including software, models, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by CreditRepairGPT LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you, and all rights are reserved.

8) Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., credit bureaus, analytics providers, email tools, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described there.

10) Security & Availability

We implement safeguards designed to protect the Services, but we cannot guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. From time to time we may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue portions of the Services.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDITREPAIRGPT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, “CREDITREPAIRGPT PARTIES”) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS OR IMPROVEMENTS WILL OCCUR, THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ANY CREDITREPAIRGPT PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE CREDITREPAIRGPT PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CREDITREPAIRGPT FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE LIMITATIONS ABOVE APPLY TO ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND TO CLAIMS AGAINST THE CREDITREPAIRGPT PARTIES, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS.

13) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the CreditRepairGPT Parties from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your content; (b) your use or misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time with or without notice if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Services or others, or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, the license in Section 2 ends and you must stop using the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3–5 and 7–19) will survive termination.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where preempted by federal law.

16) Binding Arbitration & Class-Action/Jury Waiver

Please read carefully: You and CreditRepairGPT agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for qualifying claims.

• Arbitration rules. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement.
• No class actions. You and CreditRepairGPT agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a class member or representative in any purported class or representative proceeding.
• Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@creditrepairgpt.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email.
• Venue & fees. Unless otherwise agreed, hearings will occur by video or in a reasonably convenient location. The arbitrator may award fees and costs consistent with the rules and applicable law.

Jury waiver. If this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, you and CreditRepairGPT waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by posting a notice on our site or sending an email). The updated Terms will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18) Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order forms or addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices. We may provide notices via email, in-product messages, or by posting on our site. You consent to electronic communications.
