Text Message Terms

These Text Message Terms (the “SMS Terms”) describe how CreditRepairGPT LLC (“CreditRepairGPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides informational, transactional, and promotional SMS/MMS messages (the “Messaging Program”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
1) Program Description
Our Messaging Program may send: (a) transactional messages (e.g., verification codes, account/security alerts, dispute workflow updates), (b) informational messages (e.g., reminders you request, score-impact notifications), and (c) promotional messages (e.g., product updates, offers), depending on your selections. Messages may be sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2) Consent & How to Opt In
You agree to receive messages when you take one or more of the following actions:
- Enter your mobile number and check a consent box on our website or app;
- Text an opt-in keyword we provide (e.g., JOIN), or reply Y/YES where prompted;
- Enable in-product SMS notifications in your account settings;
- Provide written consent through a form, contract, or recorded agreement.
You represent you are the current subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will promptly notify us if your number changes.
3) How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send a STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmatory message, and then you will no longer receive messages (unless you re-opt in). You can also email us at hello@creditrepairgpt.com with your number and request.
4) Help & Support
For help, text HELP or email hello@creditrepairgpt.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
5) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and settings (e.g., disputes you initiate, alerts you toggle, promotions you opt into). We aim to send only messages relevant to your selections. You can change your preferences or opt out at any time.
6) Costs & Charges
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for charges from your carrier (including roaming). If you change, suspend, or terminate your mobile service, you agree to update your number or opt out.
7) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You must provide a valid mobile number you control and keep it up to date.
- You agree not to enroll a number that is not yours; do not use our messages for unlawful purposes.
- We may condition enrollment on identity or number verification where appropriate.
8) Data, Privacy & Security
We process personal information associated with the Messaging Program in accordance with our Privacy Notice. This may include your mobile number, message content, time stamps, delivery/engagement data, and preferences. We use this information to operate and improve the Messaging Program, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Do not include sensitive information (e.g., government IDs, full account numbers) in messages.
9) Message Delivery & Carrier Disclaimers
Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers and many others; support may change without notice. The Messaging Program may be unavailable or limited when you are outside the U.S.
10) Changes, Suspension & Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Messaging Program, or change these SMS Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via SMS, email, or on our site). Your continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your enrollment for suspected fraud, abuse, non-compliance, or to protect the program, users, or our partners.
11) Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to the Messaging Program are subject to the Terms of Use, including any arbitration agreement, jury waiver, and class-action waiver therein. If you opted out of arbitration under our Terms of Use, that opt-out applies here as well.
